Promotion to the next class at the end of the academic year is on the basis of a scheme of continuous assessment and is in accordance with the rules decided upon by the School Examinations Committee. A student is required to achieve a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and a total aggregate of 40% in classes VI to VIII. In class IX, the minimum requirement for promotion to Class X is 40% marks in English and four other subjects and a total aggregate of 40%. In class XI the minimum requirements for promotion into Class XII is 40% marks in English and three other subjects and a total aggregate of above 35%, as per the rules which govern the class XII (ISC) Board Examination.

The school ensures skill-based question papers. The assessment tabulation sheet is prepared according to skills such as knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, evaluation and synthesis.

At the Class IX and X stage, girls are prepared for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) Board Examination, held at the end of Class X. In Classes XI and XII the students prepare for the Indian School Certificate (ISC) Examination.

Our assessments are completely aligned with the latest patterns of the ISC and ICSE examinations.

In addition, we offer various national and international level assessments such as Olympiads, Waterloo test for Mathematics, DELF certificate exams for French and DELE exam for Spanish

Students who take up vocal music, instrumental (sitar), dance (Bharatnatyam and Kathak) and Yoga often sit for various levels of exams from universities that include Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapeeth, Lucknow, Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad, Kalakshetra, Chennai and Iyengar Yoga Institute, Pune.
