Lab Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated lab assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be reliable and should be able to ensure smooth lab operations with precision and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Assist with the preparation and calibration of AI and robotics equipment.
• Ensure all resources are operational and for research and teaching activities.
• Provide hands on assistance to students helping them with hardware setup, software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Support ongoing experiments, including data collection, processing and analysis.
• Assist in maintaining detailed records and documentation of research activities.
• Enforce lab safety protocols, ensuring all equipment and experiments meet safety standards.
• Perform any additional laboratory tasks as assigned by the school.
• Must be familiar with 3D printing machines and laser cutting.
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for record keeping and data management.
• BSc or Diploma in Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a school setup.
• Prior experience in a boarding school is a plus.

Remuneration:

Doctor

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified School Doctor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong medical background, a passion for student health, and the ability to provide compassionate care while ensuring a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

• A medical degree from a recognized medical school with a specialty preferably in pediatrics or internal medicine.
• Must hold a valid and current medical license to practice in Uttarakhand.
• Conduct medical examinations, diagnose illness and provide appropriate treatment to student and staff with follow-up care.
• Administer vaccinations and manage medical emergencies as they arise.
• Perform routine health screenings for students and staff to monitor overall well-being.
• Identify and manage common health problems, referring patients to higher medical facilities when necessary.
• Stay informed on seasonal and communicable diseases, taking proactive steps to safeguard the school community.
• Conduct regular inspections of medical equipment to ensure functionality.
• Maintain and update the inventory of necessary medications for the Infirmary.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a hospital/school setup.
• Prior experience in a boarding school is a plus.

Lifeguard

We are seeking a dedicated, qualified and experienced Lifeguard to join our team and ensure the safety and well-being of our students for grades 6 to 12. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working and maintaining a safe environment in the swimming pool area and responding to emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during swimming activities, providing constant oversight in and around the pool.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, administering first aid, CPR and other lifesaving measures when needed.
• Regularly maintain and clean the pool by monitoring water quality, checking chemical levels and ensuring all pool equipment is functioning properly to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure safety equipment (e.g., lifebuoys, first aid kits) is in working order and easily accessible.
• Assist swimming coach in day-to-day operations which may include but not be limited to basic swim instructions, encouraging water safety and swimming techniques.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment, helping students feel confident and safe in the water.
• Maintain records of pool use, safety incidents and report any concerns to the swimming coach.
• Participate in regular training and drills on rescue techniques, CPR, first aid, and other lifesaving skills to stay updated with the latest procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.
• Valid Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
• CPR/AED Certification for Professional Rescuers First Aid Certification

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of lifeguarding experience.
• Prior experience in a boarding school is a plus.
