The computer department organized a trip to UPES, Dehradun on 26th September 2024 for 13 senior school students. The trip aimed at making students aware of the growing concern surrounding the misuse of digital media and its implications on society. The session commenced with an insightful talk by Mrs. Neha Verma, an expert in the field of misinformation detection. In addition, the students had the opportunity to engage with professional recording equipment, allowing them to create their own news segments. This hands-on experience enhanced their understanding of media production and the importance of responsible journalism.
