In the 9th Nanhi Chhaan National School Essay Contest, 2022, conducted by the Nanhi Chhaan Foundation, two WGS students made it to the top 30 finalists. About 30,000 students from 200 schools in Grades 10 and 11 participated in the essay-writing contest. The topic for the essay was 'Indian Culture-What does it mean?'. (B/550) Avika Mantri was shortlisted as the top 30 finalists and (H/555) Avika Lohia was amongst the top 15 finalists. She was selected for the next round held at the Scindia Fort School, Gwalior.
