Ms Vani Singh and Ms Roma B Mamgain attended a Boarding Schools Association of India (BSAI) workshop for Housemistresses/Housemasters at The Lawrence School, Sanawar from 16th to 18th February, 2024. The comprehensive and enriching program included sessions on responsibilities, challenges, leadership, empathy, and child rights, essential skills and knowledge required in boarding school settings. The BSAI workshop gave attendees an opportunity to connect with each other and share best practices and engage in group discussions.
