Welham Girls’ School, Dehradun organized a Hindi workshop on September 18, 2024, to celebrate ‘Hindi Pakhwaada’. The event was organised in collaboration with Boarding Schools Association of India (BSAI). The workshop was conducted by renowned grammarian, linguist, and media studies expert Acharya Pandit Prithvinath Pandey and Hindi teachers of schools, both government and private, were invited. A total of 44 teachers from across the state participated. Acharya Pandey stressed the importance of correct oral and written usage of language in both teaching and learning. He guided participants through the appropriate usage of words and sentences that are frequently encountered in daily and educational settings.
