WGS hosted the all-India IPSC Girls' U-17 Basketball Tournament from 26th to 29th April 2023. Thirteen Schools participated in this Tournament. A total of 23 matches were played over four days on league cum knock out basis. The schools that participated were the Daly College, DPS, Mathura Road, L K Singhania, MNSS, Rai, Modern School, Barakhamba, Mody School, Selaqui World School, The Emerald Heights International School, The Lawrence School, the Sagar School, the Sanskaar Valley School and Yadavindra Public School. The final match was played between The Emerald Heights International School, Indore and Delhi Public School, Mathura Road. TEHIS won the tournament by 50 - 49 points. The WGS team performed very well in the tournament. Mayna Johar has been selected to represent IPSC Girls' (U-17) Basketball team which will participate in the SGFI National. Nandini Anand has also been selected as a Stand by player.
