An interesting session on Vermicomposting was conducted to introduce a group of class 10 students to the basics of composting, focusing on the science behind how organic waste can be transformed into nutrient-rich soil. The session compared basic composting methods with vermicomposting, demonstrating both processes in a simple and engaging way. A checklist was provided to help students track their composting efforts, encouraging them to observe the breakdown of organic matter, maintain proper conditions, and eventually harvest their own vermicompost.
