Students of Class X had an exciting visit to the Regional Sericultural Research Station on 6th April, as part of their ‘bagless day’ learning. The trip was an interdisciplinary geography-chemistry project and the students had the opportunity to learn about the life cycle of Silk worm, their breeding, preservation, production by maintaining pH and using natural/organic fertilisers. The trip was quite informative and provided first-hand knowledge to the students for their assigned project.
