Mr. Owen Moelwyn Hughes, Director of Global Student Affairs, World Leading Schools Association (WLSA), addressed the Class XII students on 28th March on the topic ‘The Skill of Negotiation’. He highlighted the challenges faced in the 21st Century and the need to develop skills to navigate the modern world. Mr. Hughes' brought attention to key themes, ranging from understanding positions and interests of the parties involved, to the art of preparation and the various styles of communications. He made a critical distinction between positions and interests while negotiating in a global world. The talk was extremely interesting and enriching and drew the attention of the students towards the skills required to face geo-political challenges ahead.
