Five students from the captain body of the school, attended the Boarding Schools’ Association of India Leadership Workshop at The Doon School on the 6th and 7th of May, 2024. Attended by 20 boarding schools of India, the workshop focused on inculcating leadership skills and encouraged the leaders of tomorrow to be empathetic while handling problems and difficult situations. The students indulged in various activities and talks by prominent keynote speakers and Head of Schools. They came back with a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities and were enriched by their interactions with their peers from other schools. Overall, the workshop sparked in all the leaders a sense of ownership and accountability in their actions and how every step taken must be taken towards the collective growth of the student community they represent.
