To celebrate World Poetry Day on 21st March, the school invited Mr. Aftab Seth, an illustrious diplomat and published author, to conduct a Poetry Appreciation workshop for senior school students with a deep love for poetry. His session was extremely engaging as he read out poems by poets from across the globe, and on a wide variety of topics – some humorous while some solemn. With his cinematic gestures and voice modulations, Mr Seth kept the audience captivated. At the end of the session, he fielded questions from the students about his career, and how poetry played a role in his journey. Mr Seth also presented a few of his personal books to the school library, which hosted his workshop.
