School's ‘Litre of Light’ initiative, spearheaded by Venya Talwar and Vani Pahuja, made a meaningful impact in Thakurpur village on 23rd October. Venya Talwar, Vani Pahuja, Aadhya Bansal and Jahanvi Garg along with Ms. Anju Gupta went to Thakurpur village to distribute solar powered rechargeable LED lamps made by the girls in school. The "Litre of Light" is a student-led movement that aims to provide affordable, sustainable lighting solutions to underprivileged communities lacking access to electricity. The initiative was inspired by a simple yet innovative idea: transforming plastic bottles into solar-powered light bulbs. The villagers expressed heartfelt gratitude, and the experience deepened our students' commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
