Welham Girls' School donated 10 desktop computers to Government Inter College Korvwa, Kalsi, on 2nd September. The government school has 197 students registered under the Uttarakhand government's Kasturba Gandhi Awasiya Vidyalaya program. The main focus of this school is to support girls who have either dropped out or come from underprivileged backgrounds, giving them a chance to finish their education up to twelfth grade. Dr. Sushil Rana, district coordinator CSR and English Lecturer, thanked Welham Girls' School and said that the students will not only use the computers to enhance their knowledge but also find joy during their free time. The school, guided by its motto 'artta shanti phala vidya' continues its endeavour to support and empower the community.
